Job description

Role: Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities 1. Design weekly schedules for the staff. 2. Response to any communications from the staff regarding staff schedules. 3. Make changes or additions in the staff schedules as per needs of the offices. 4. Help executive management in some employee relation matters. 5. Find temporary staffing and do all the communication. 6. Ordering monthly office supplies and occasional dental supplies. 7. Paying bills 8. Contacting and coordinating with various vendors for specific tasks assigned by the executive management. 9. Arranging supplier and repair services for the offices. 10. Maintaining executive management's calendars and sending reminders. 11. Web based research on assigned tasks to report back to the executive team.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus. We are preferring at least 3+ years of experience in Administrative Assistant. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant administrative role. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.

Position will be working Mon - Fri : 7 am to 4 pm CT Sat 7 am to 10 am CT (on call only during urgency)
