Job description

  1. Order Processing: Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently using designated systems and tools.
  2. Order Fulfilment: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, inventory management, and logistics teams, to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  3. Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries, providing timely and professional responses to customer queries and concerns.
  4. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve order discrepancies, delivery delays, and other issues in a proactive and timely manner, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
  5. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of order data, documents, and processes to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains within the order management function, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
