- The Product Management team as part of the Global Procurement Capability and Development function is responsible for developing the technology vision and roadmap for the organisation
- Working closely with key business stakeholders and technology partners to align on strategy the Product Management team create and deliver end to end user-centric solutions to capture value across the source to pay process

Your key responsibilities
- Develops the vision and product strategy for the SAP modules utilised by Procurement, manages the product life cycle including strategic planning, business requirements gathering, design, implementation, release management, product stabilization and on-going support and maintenance
- Defines overall value proposition and required process and data enablers across the end-to-end platform ensuring optimal design to maximize and capture the value proposition.
- Gathers demand from business stakeholders and works with procurement functions to develop business cases and benefit realisation plans.
- In conjunction with technology teams, system integration partners and business stakeholders develop and leads deployment activities including overall test strategy, change management and communication plans to ensure production readiness. Manages post go-live hyper-care, issue resolution and transition to business as usual
Your skills and experience
- A proven track record in supply chain area with expertise in the source-to-pay process with a particular emphasis on invoice and payables operations (7+ years)
- 5+ years of implementation and/or product management experience with SAP including vendor master, invoice posting, accruals, tax, bank reconciliation and payment processes. Experience of SAP-Ariba Procurement solution and integration with SAP.
- Visionary leader with a global business perspective and passion for working with a high performing organisation. Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills. Experience working in Agile and Lean Business methodologies.
- Strong team player, able to work in global, virtual teams in a matrix organization. Strong analytical skills. Able to define and understand the most critical issues. Strong business planning, change management, stakeholder management, information sharing and knowledge transfer skills
- Fluent in English (written/verbal). Bachelor or Master s Degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university (or equivalent); Degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting or Supply Chain Management
