Muthoot Finance Ltd is looking for Senior / Junior Relationship Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
Senior Relationship Executive:
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients or customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns.
Account Management : Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Develop customized solutions and service offerings to meet the unique needs of each client.
Business Development : Identify opportunities to expand and grow existing client relationships. Explore new business opportunities and upsell additional products or services to maximize revenue and profitability.
Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen client relationships and achieve business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with client needs and market trends.
Cross-Selling and Up-Selling : Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing client accounts. Recommend additional products, services, or solutions that add value and address client challenges.
Problem Resolution : Address client issues, complaints, and escalations in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a positive client experience.
Junior Relationship Executive:
Client Support : Provide support to senior relationship executives in managing client relationships. Assist with client inquiries, requests, and follow-up activities to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
Documentation and Reporting : Assist in maintaining client records, documentation, and reports. Ensure that client information is accurate, up-to-date, and organized for easy access and reference.
Market Research : Conduct research and gather information about clients, industries, and market trends. Assist in identifying potential leads, opportunities, and challenges within the target market.
Communication : Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings as directed by senior executives. Provide updates, information, and support to clients as needed.
Training and Development : Participate in training programs and workshops to develop knowledge and skills related to client relationship management, sales techniques, and industry best practices.
Administrative Support : Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing client events or activities.
Learning and Adaptation : Learn and adapt to organizational policies, procedures, and systems related to client relationship management. Stay updated on product offerings, service features, and industry regulations.
