Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salon Manager located in New Delhi. The Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, managing a team, providing excellent customer service, hiring new employees, and ensuring high standards of service and organization are maintained.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in hiring and managing a team
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Cosmetology or related field
- Experience in the beauty industry is preferred
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
