Job Responsibilities

Deputy Housekeeper functions as strategic business partner of a hotel's housekeeping operations. The position ensures to assist the housekeeping operations to meet the brand's standards, targets customer needs, elevates associate satisfaction, focuses on growing revenues, maximizes the financial performance of the department and oversees the development & implementation of the departmental strategies

Maintains key corporate accounts for the hotels. Source for new corporate clienteles. Execute sales plans and targets through effective sales programs. Coach junior sales personnel on selling techniques and motivate them.
