Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a regional head in Chennai with flexibility for some remote work. The Regional Head will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales and marketing operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing budgets, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The regional head will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the sales team in the region.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing budgets
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the textile industry
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Relevant experience and qualifications in sales, marketing, and management will be highly beneficial for this role.
