Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Social Media Optimization (SMO) professional to join our team at Webbitech. As a SMO, you will be responsible for optimizing our social media presence and driving engagement with our target audience. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Junior candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media optimization or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness and increase engagement
  • Create and manage social media campaigns and content across various platforms
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., text, photos, videos) to optimize audience interaction
  • Monitor social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve social media presence
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all social media activities
