Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at A T Services located in Nagpur. The telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to students regarding software courses provided our company. explaining the course details and prices.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role
• Ability to learn about our products and services and describe/explain them to clients
• Ability to handle difficult customers or situations with tact and professionalism
• Experience in the IT industry or technology services is a plus
