Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual with 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition, Employee Onboarding & Offboarding , Employee Communications, and Employee Engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead talent acquisition efforts for end-to-end recruitment process and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Develop and utilize diverse channels for sourcing active / passive candidates, screening resumes, conducting tests, interview coordination and hiring qualified candidates based on role specifications and company culture fitment.
- Providing timely feedback to candidates and business heads involved in the hiring process to make informed hiring decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders and HR Head to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Generate recruitment reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize recruitment processes.
- Offer Letter Issuance: Prepare and issue offer letters to selected candidates promptly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates to coordinate their joining dates, complete pre-employment formalities, and address any concerns or queries they may have.
- Facilitate Employee Onboarding & Induction processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Documentation: Manage and maintain accurate records of offer letters, acceptance forms, and other onboarding documents.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with hiring managers, Head HR, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the onboarding process.
- Manage Employee Exit processes, conducting exit interviews and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Oversee Employee Communications, both internal and external, to foster transparency and engagement.
- Drive Employee Engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and morale.
- Utilize Human Capital Management (HCM) tools to streamline HR processes and data management.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on the specified areas.
Proficiency in using Human Capital Management (HCM) tools is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
