Role Description This is a full-time role for a Salon Manager at Ulupi's Salon located in Ahmedabad. The Salon Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the salon, including managing staff, customer care, and inventory. Additionally, the Salon Manager will also be in charge of developing and executing marketing strategies, cultivating salon-industry relationships, and maintaining sales. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in the salon or cosmetology industry Proven management experience, including experience managing a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and leadership skills Experience with inventory management and sales tracking Knowledge of beauty industry trends and best practices Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment A degree or certification in salon management or a related field is preferredJob tags
