Job description
- We are seeking a dedicated Escalation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in telecalling and email escalation management, possessing excellent communication skills in English as well as proficiency in other local languages. The Escalation Executive will be responsible for handling client calls pertaining to queries, complaints, and providing assistance related to delivery and other support services.
Responsibilities : - Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently, addressing client queries and concerns in a professional manner. - Handle escalated issues and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining client satisfaction. - Utilize email communication channels to address and resolve client escalations promptly. - Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate swift resolution of client issues. - Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM system. - Provide support and guidance to clients regarding product delivery, installation, and other related services. - Collaborate with the customer service team to identify recurring issues and implement strategies for improvement. - Uphold company policies and procedures while addressing client concerns. Requirements : - Proven experience in telecalling and email escalation management. - Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proficiency in other local languages is highly desirable. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. - Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. - Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role preferred. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends as required.Job tags
