Hiring a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our dynamic team. Responsibilities encompass generating leads via cold outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting:

   - Identify and research potential clients through targeted cold calling and cold emailing campaigns.

   - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach.

2. Communication:

   - Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and educate them on the benefits of our products/services.

3. Product Knowledge:

   - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively articulate value propositions to potential clients.

4. Lead Qualification:

   - Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with the company's target customer profile.

   - Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads for further engagement and scheduling calls.

5. Relationship Building:

   - Act as a liaison between the client and the sales team, providing valuable insights andÂ

   - Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to build trust and credibility.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to effectively use CRM software and other sales tools.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

- Familiarity with the industry and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
