1) Financial Goal
a. Revenue
ï'· IP Business Upfront Revenues - Insurance Business
ï'· Min. 35% Partners should be Active of mapped Profiled Partners. 1 Activation
= Min. 25k Net Revenue FY22 (Excluding MF/FD)
2) People Goal
a. Recruitment
ï'· Attrition Management of Team
ï'· RM & Junior Level Recruitment's of Team
3) Process Goal
a. Process
ï'· Team target of 4 Physical Meetings either through VC/PM/Tele call/ Client or
Partner Event as per defined weightages
ï'· 2 Physical events every month
ï'· CRM entries to be done on daily basis before 8 pm
ï'· 100% attendance in all tests
