Role And Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive, you will be a key player in driving our business expansion efforts. You will collaborate closely with the senior team members to identify growth prospects, execute sales strategies, and strengthen vendor relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and procuring new vendors through various channels such as direct contact, referrals, and collaboration with the assigned manager.
  • Cultivating and maintaining meaningful relationships with new vendors, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Providing valuable insights to vendors about potential upgrades or additional services that align with their interests and needs.
  • Incorporating vendor feedback to enhance our services and offerings, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Overseeing the sales process and crafting compelling pitches to attract new vendors and forge lasting partnerships.
  • Collaborating with senior team members to assess and manage potential business risks effectively.
  • Conducting thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities in both existing and new markets.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • A degree in B.COM, BBA, Diploma in Sales & Marketing, or Diploma in Business Administration.
  • Demonstrated experience of 2 to 3 years in on-field sales of products or services.
  • Proficiency in the local language to effectively communicate and build relationships with vendors.
  • Age between 23 to 30 years, showcasing a youthful and energetic outlook.
  • A commitment to a healthy lifestyle and a non-addicted approach to maintain professionalism.
