Role Description

This is a full-time role for an HR Recruiter - HR Hiring Jobs at HCP Wellness Pvt. Ltd. located in Ahmedabad. The role primarily includes talent acquisition, workforce planning, and recruitment for various job roles within the organization. The successful candidate will develop and implement recruiting plans and work closely with the HR team to identify and screen potential candidates, conduct interviews, and negotiate offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field
• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and sourcing strategies
• Knowledge of HR policies and best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Ability to use HRIS systems and other recruiting software
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and KPIs
