Job description
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to achieve the company's financial goals and objectives.
Prepare and oversee the annual budgeting process, monitor financial performance, and provide timely financial analysis and reports to senior management.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and board of directors.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards. Mitigate financial risks by implementing effective internal controls.
Manage and optimize cash flow to support the company's operational and investment needs.
Oversee the company's tax strategy, including the preparation and submission of tax returns, and identify opportunities for tax savings.
Coordinate and manage annual financial audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
Manage relationships with financial service providers, banks, and financial institutions.
Identify opportunities for cost control and operational efficiency, working closely with other departments to optimize financial performance.
Effectively integrate and utilize SAP's financial modules for efficient financial data management, reporting, and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and seamless workflow.
Ensure strict compliance with GST regulations and policies, staying up-to-date with any changes in GST laws, and optimizing the use of SAP for accurate GST calculations and reporting to authorities.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with key customers, ensuring timely financial transactions and addressing any financial concerns or inquiries.
Manage vendor relationships and payment processes efficiently, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely disbursements while utilizing SAP to streamline vendor transactions and financial data.
