Job description
Commercial Litigation:
(a) Handling of Commercial Disputes including commercial civil suits and summary suits in High Court.
(b) Handling of Arbitration Proceedings including International Arbitration
(c) Handling matters of oppression & mismanagement and Company Scheme matters under the Companies Act, 2013
(d) Coordinating with clients and advising on commercial disputes
(e) Giving corporate advisory
(f) Briefing Sr. Counsel and Counsels and assisting them during the hearing
(g) Appearing before High Court, City Civil Court, NCLT and NCLAT.
