Job Description:Role & Responsibilities:- Architect and oversee the development of our mobile application using React Native, ensuring high-quality code, performance, and user experience.- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and deliverables.- Drive the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including planning, estimation, execution, and delivery of mobile app projects.- Take ownership of technical decisions, code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed in the team.- Provide technical mentorship to engineers, promoting their professional growth and skill development.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mobile app development to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Requirements:- Solid experience in mobile app development using React Native, with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality mobile applications.- 3+ years of experience with mobile app development with React Native or Mobile app development- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, architecture, and design patterns.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic and technical decisions.- Experience with B2B SaaS products or similar industry is a plus.Compensation: Best in the industryWebsite Link: (ref:hirist.tech)
