Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Coordinator at DUCAT Education in Noida. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for managing relationships with existing and potential clients, coordinating and conducting campus interviews, and scheduling interviews with company representatives. The Placement Coordinator will also assist in the development of placement strategies and oversee the maintenance of student and client databases.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills, communication, and customer service
• Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in recruiting or placement coordination
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Fluency in local and English languages
• Experience in the education and/or IT sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
