About the role... Planning and Execution Drive the implementation and tracking of the strategic initiatives across the organization Assist in streamlining / enhancing the existing processes (organizational, strategic and operational) and in creating the new processes to enhance the efficiency of the o9. Design, create and publish the key data metrics / dashboards to assist the C-Level decision making. Identify potential risks, opportunities, gaps (data/processes) and recommend appropriate actions to address them. Design / Assist in establishing the data centric operations across the organizations. Operations and Analytics Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the smooth running of initiatives Review and analyse internal weekly reports/data, monthly reports/data, and before executive review; Ensure the executive review is practical and based on accurate information Own 2 or 3 mature initiatives in terms of dashboards, gap identification, communications and process enhancements Assist in running meeting cadences, maintain action/issue logs, ensure closure of actions What you will need…. Education: MBA degree with specialization in Tech Consulting, Operations, program management, IT Management (project) or Finance with min experience of 2 years. Experience and Skills: Total experience of 4 years or more required Proven analytical and research skills, Excel / PowerPoint (or similarly Google Spreadsheets / Slides) proficiency. Having experience in VBA/ Power BI / SQL will be an added advantage Excellent spoken and written communication (at least in English), interpersonal & relationship building skills.
