EXPERIENCE Duties you'll be entrusted with: Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. To identify and pursue new business opportunities. Achieve the Set Revenue Targets based on ELPC process Conducting market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Collaborating with other departments within the organization to develop marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and product offerings. Creating and delivering presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners. Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partners. Analysing and reporting on key performance metrics, including revenue, sales pipeline, and market share. Developing and managing budgets for business development activities. Leading and mentoring a team of business development professionals. Expectations from you: Basic Requirements Graduate / Postgraduate any Discipline Minimum of 2 Plus years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment (SaaS/Software) • Preferably 1-year Direct Sales Experience Skills: Strategic thinking: need to be able to think strategically and develop plans to achieve the organization's goals and objectives. Sales skills: need to be skilled in sales techniques, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals. Relationship building: need to be able to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Communication skills: need to be effective communicators, both in written and verbal communication. Leadership: may be responsible for leading a team of business development professionals, so they need to have strong leadership skills. Creativity: need to come up with creative solutions to business challenges and find new business opportunities. Analytical skills: need to be able to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions. Industry knowledge: need to have a strong understanding of the industry and market trends. Time management: need to be able to manage their time effectively and prioritize tasks to achieve their goals. Adaptability: need to be able to adapt to changes in the industry and market conditions.
