- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Product, and Creative to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Paid Advertising Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Manage budgets, analyze ROI, and make data-driven decisions to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- SEO and SEM:
- Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive high-quality traffic.
- Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid optimization.
- Content Marketing:
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies to engage and nurture leads throughout the customer journey.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice.
- Email Marketing:
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Implement strategies to grow and nurture the subscriber base.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and analyze performance metrics.
