1
Execution for Daily monthly quarterly yearly & special shutdown. Compliance of Daily monthly quarterly yearly & special shutdown. Compliance of daily safety check list and weekly inspection check list.

Following of Work permit system Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for execution of any kind of job. Follow positive isolation system and follow power getting and cutting procedure for safety. Knowledge on SAP module (PM and MM) MS office.

Knowledge on crane Mechanical system. Knowledge on equipment such as Slab and coil handling tongs Wheels planetary gearbox wire rope JHook track rails Barrel coupling. Capability of studying all mechanical drawings. Knowledge on welding & cutting and fabrication.

All type of mechanical consumable spare keeping and tracking
Purpose of Job:
Shut down maintenance and breakdown maintenance of crane.
Execute job under pressure within minimum breakdown time.
Compliance and maintain checklist for crane maintenance.
Ensuring safety at site of equipment and contractor employee during execution of job.
Spare keeping and monitoring.
