Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Admin and Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, facility maintenance, and ensuring a conducive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Office Administration:
- Supervise and streamline daily administrative processes.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
- Lead and support administrative staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Facilities Management:
- Maintain the overall cleanliness, functionality, and safety of the office space.
- Coordinate with vendors for facility repairs, renovations, and improvements.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols and compliance standards.
- Travel Coordination:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Ensure adherence to travel policies and handle related documentation.
- Oversee travel expense tracking and reimbursements.
- Pantry and Supplies Management:
- Monitor and manage pantry and office supplies inventory.
- Collaborate with vendors to source quality supplies.
- Implement cost-effective measures for inventory control.
- Vendor Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors for services and supplies.
- Negotiate contracts, evaluate vendor performance, and seek improvements.
- Identify new vendors as needed, ensuring high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative and facilities management roles.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant administrative tools.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in administration and facilities management.
