About the Role: As the Associate Director of Products, you will spearhead the product growth strategy for our Technology vertical, encompassing Cloud, Cyber, DevOps, Coding, and Blockchain/Quantum computing. Your responsibilities will include defining and launching cutting-edge programs to drive growth, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Leading a dedicated team of product managers, you will oversee the vision, roadmap, and execution of program initiatives. Who We're Looking For: We seek a Tier 1 MBA graduate or an individual with a proven track record of driving product growth in high-growth environments. With a minimum of 5+ years of experience in product or category management, preferably within high ASP, premium product lines, you should possess strong P&L management skills and a knack for driving revenue and margin growth. Key Qualifications: Demonstrated success in product or category management roles for revenue-driving products. Proficiency in P&L management, from revenue to margin optimization. Have a basic understanding of Technologies Cloud, Cyber, DevOps, Coding & Blockchain/Quantum computing. Exceptional influencing skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. Proven ability to tackle ambiguous problems and devise actionable plans for success. Strong analytical capabilities, with a penchant for data-driven decision-making. Structured thinking and familiarity with frameworks and product patterns. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in eLearning or Internet domains.
