Role Description

The 3PL Sales Manager will be responsible for developing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue and growth for our 3PL operations. This is a full-time on-site role located in Howrah, and the 3PL Sales Manager is expected to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to drive customer acquisition, increase order frequency, and build a high-performing sales team.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience working in sales and business development, with a focus on logistics and 3PL operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with customers, partners, and internal teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for growth and improvement
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop new sales channels and marketing initiatives
• Leadership skills to build and manage a high-performing sales team
• Knowledge of logistics industry and supply chain management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients or represent the company in industry events
