Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Hotel Reservations Manager. Responsibilities include but not limited to : Overall Management of Hotel Reservations Team and KPIs Compliance of SOP, TAT and SLA with internal and external customers Escalation Management and Guest Service Excellence Emergency number management Negotiating with hotels/suppliers for query resolution. Teams / Line/ WhatsApp/ Skype management with clients and partners Monitoring and r eview of daily task management Daily, weekly and monthly reports. Review, analyse and forecast operations requirements and implement processes to ensure smooth operations. Effective inter-departmental coordination to forecast and resolve issues. Maintain positive and productive coordination with Hotel and Travel Partners. Hiring and Training. Supervision of daily work and subordinates and managing roster schedule. Eligibility & Skillset Required: 3-4 yrs. of experience in the travel industry. Knowledge of online booking engines, B2B Business and Hotel processes will be an added advantage. Able to perform under pressure. Open to working in shifts based on Roster. Meet deadlines and Out -of the Box thinking. Attention to detail Leadership skills Keen on learning and growing. Display initiative, ownership and capability of making sound judgements.Job tags
