Job description

Our client is a leading MNC Facility Management Company.

Role: Role: Front Office Executive 

Qualification Graduates preferably Hotel Management Graduates with Minimum 2-4 yrs exp.,
Desired Experience - Male or female candidates with good communication skills & hospitality Industry experience preferred.
Location: Bengaluru / Mumbai
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Note: Looking for Immediate joiners as well.

Roles and Responsibilities
Work orders established after receiving a request through mail/phone/paper.
Orienting and connecting people.
Receive and answer all incoming calls/mails/papers reporting complaints or work requests
Set up reports with all collected data coming from the work orders for the office
Receive, collect and transfer objects as well as messages.
Maintain the helpdesk work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition following all prescribed regulations
Maintain professional appearance at all times
Management of meeting rooms

Qualification:
- Any Diploma holder or Graduate
- 1-5 years' experience in any facility management company/hotel
- Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
