Job Deliverables - Manager Accounts and Finance

Location -Mumbai

CA with 2 years of experience(added advantage)

● Taxation

● Treasury management

● MIS reporting on a monthly basis

● Deliverables:

● Preparing monthly financial statements as per generally accepted accounting principles

(GAAP)

● Reviewing and checking the vendor payments in SAP

● Maintaining and updating the Fixed Assets Register on a regular basis at the cost center level

● Coordinating with the Auditors and providing the required information on a timely basis

● Ensuring statutory compliances on a timely basis such as TDS, GST, Income Tax returns,

ROC, etc.

● Preparing MIS reports on a monthly basis and sharing the required information based on

the management requests

● Coordinating with other functional departments as and when required

● What you will do every day

● Monitoring and managing the cash flows on a daily basis

● Verifying & Authorizing the entries in SAP B1

● Reviewing teams' assignments/tasks on a daily basis

Skills/Experience/Competencies you need to do the job:

● Well-versed in Indian accounting and auditing standards

● Well-versed with Taxation rules and regulations (GST, Income Tax & ROC)

● Knowledge of SAP B1

● Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly MS Excel)

● Handled the team members

● Analytical skills

● Good listener

● Quick learner

● Experience of minimum 2 years with CA

● Preferred- Retail Pharma industry

● Ability to solve problems

You will play a critical role in every aspect of COCO - FOFO & Growth Projects from resolving

daily operational issues to drive availability, ensure inventory levels & strengthen the

automation of Demand and sourcing plan. You will work closely with Supply chain Operations

team, Sourcing/ Category Team, Data Science and tech to deliver world-class consumer

experience by ensuring the continent availability of our assortment
