Qualification: PhD in Organic Chemistry

Exp: 5-8 years

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct organic synthesis and polymer synthesis to develop new chemical products.
2. Develop manufacturing processes for scaling up the production of new products.
3. Support key applications such as laundry, ware wash, scale inhibitor, and corrosion inhibitors through innovative product development.
4. Design new small organic molecules and water-soluble low molecular weight polymers based on end-use requirements.
5. Plan and execute experiments to successfully synthesize conceptualized molecules and polymers.
6. Utilize expertise in new product development to enhance outcomes.
