Education: B Com, BBM [ Masters Preferred]

Location: Bangalore & Chennai

Experience: 2-5 years

 

 

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager with strong Data Analyst skills to drive growth in our Interior design and build company. You will use data analysis to identify strategic opportunities, expand our client base, and maximize revenue. Your ability to analyze and interpret data will be crucial in developing effective business strategies and supporting overall business development efforts.

 

Job Description / Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.

· Conduct market research and data analysis to inform business development strategies.

· Analyze project data, financial metrics, and performance indicators to drive decision-making.

· Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database.

· Prepare and present business development reports and recommendations.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships, attending industry events and networking activities.

· Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share.

· Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

 

· Strong data analysis skills, proficient in tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.

· Solid understanding of business development strategies, market research, and competitive analysis.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Strong leadership abilities and track record of driving business growth.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from large datasets.

· Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
