We are seeking a hands-on product manager to work on the next generation of iPaaS integration platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in influencing the strategy, and execution of key initiatives in the space of connectivity and prebuilt solutions. (S)he will collaborate with the Oracle SaaS, Global Industries and Healthcare teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver integrated and automated prebuilt solutions on the platform. The candidate will represent the Oracle Integration platform to the wide array of Oracle SaaS, Global Industries & Healthcare teams.
Responsibilities for the role include:
Design, Develop and Deliver prebuilt integrations and accelerators.
Lead discussion with the management to gain insight into product roadmap, project assigned background, goal and scope. Ensure management expectations & delivery timelines are clearly understood.
Evangelize adoption of the Oracle Integration platform by internal Oracle SaaS, Global Industries and Healthcare teams
Leverage expertise on the integration technologies to guide Oracle SaaS, Global Industries and Healthcare teams in delivering automated and integrated business processes.
Collaborate with Oracle SaaS/Global Industries/Healthcare team members and help drive timely delivery of the prebuilt solutions on the Oracle Integration platform.
Formulate how product roadmap will help in acquiring new customers/market penetration by recording value proposition.
Ensure the MVP definition is aligned with customer commitment in mind, and management sign off is received.
Be creative in solutioning customer problems/requirements. Best solutions are always the simplest.
Produce high quality design document with comprehensive and detailed solution analysis with focus on all core areas: Extensibility, Robustness, Backward Compatibility, Supportability, Exception Handling, Performance expectations/bench-marking, Upgrade plan for customers, Critical technology or product dependencies, Product resiliency (self-correction) and flexibility (user self-service feature), Cloud Operational Considerations: Recoverability and Restart ability, Opt-in options for the customer.
Design should include definition of product use cases, wireframes and upstream and downstream impact areas
Work closely with Info-Dev team to create launch deliverables like New Feature Summary, What's New and TOI's
