About the Role: The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring smooth operations. This position involves assisting in recruitment processes, handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, and promoting a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding: Look after the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks, sending offer letters. Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including preparing appointment letters, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating smooth integration into the organization. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Assist in the resolution of employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations. Prepare HR documents, such as offer letters and HR policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Managing the day-to-day expenses through petty cash and keeping a record of the same. Documentation: Looking after documentation of employees in soft copies as well as hard copies starting from their joining date till their exit from the organization. For e.g., Appointment letters, Performance Appraisal Forms, Increment letters, Promotion letters, Relief letters, etc. Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to employees. Identify training and development needs and assist in organizing relevant training programs. Payroll Management: Preparing salaries and salary slips of employees. Resolving queries related to salary, PF, and ESI. Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies, updating policies as necessary and communicating changes to employees. Assist in implementing HR initiatives to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.

Qualifications: Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role. Sound knowledge of labor laws and regulations. (Knowledge of PF and ESI is a must) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
