Job description
Responsibilities:
- The primary focus of this position is to bring new business across India
- Develops and executes sales presentations to potential clients.
- Coordinate with the Recruiting & Fulfilment Team to on-board new clients
- Manage all existing and new accounts in designated sales territory, ensuring clients needs are met
- Job Location: Chennai/Salem for South India candidates or Remote for candidates from Rest of India.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Good experience in working for Recruitment / Staffing industry
- Should be able to bring in new clients
- Action and results oriented attitude. Capable of developing a strong business case for client action and skills to close the sale.
- Experience using MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel.
- Good Communication skills (written & verbal) and attitude is mandatory.
