Responsibilities

Experience required- 2-4 years

  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and propose tailored VOIP solutions to address their communication challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our VOIP solutions.
  • Conduct live demonstrations, addressing client queries and concerns effectively.
  • Create detailed and customized proposals based on client discussions and requirements.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure the proposed solutions align with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to translate client requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation by facilitating effective communication between sales and technical teams.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Provide valuable insights to the product development team to enhance our offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales within the VOIP domain, with a track record of successful solution selling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of VOIP technologies, protocols, and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
