Position Name: Credit Officer / Credit Manager / Senior Credit Manager / Business Analyst / Manager – CF Monitoring depending upon the overall / relevant experience Location: Mumbai
Number of Positions: 5 Key Objective of the Job: Meeting Customers along with RSM / SM while origination of the deal Co-ordinate with Developer along with RSM / SM for obtaining Project data To appraise the data & do initial due diligence of the proposal. Prepare the complete CAM, project cash flows and present (to approving authority) proposals for construction finance for approval. To facilitate disbursement and post disbursement monitoring. Post disbursement regular monitoring of the project funded Subsequent tranche disbursements Issuance of NOC to sell the units/ apartments Major Deliverables: Portfolio quality measured by bounce instances and delinquency Timely decision of proposals Monitoring and managing portfolio Specialized job competencies: Analytical skills – ability to take decision in limited data situation. Credit appraisal of mid-size (10 to 60 Cr) loan proposals. Understanding of Real Estate Industry, builder/developers’ business Regulations, legal intricacies and technical requirements of real estate development Educational Qualification: · CA/MBA with relevant experience 1-8 years in Real Estate / Construction Finance credit. Desired Experience: Diverse experience desirable covering sales and credit. Experience of construction finance, project finance desirable. Experience of MSME term loans or mortgages will also do. Experience of 1-8 years. Other desired attributes: Proficiency in Local language (must), Hindi and English(must), Good communication skills. Computer and MS Office proficiency. Ability to work in team spread across locations. Multi-tasking. managing diverse challenging deadlines and demanding expectations.Job tags
