Job Purpose:

Respond and develop marketing/sales leads into qualified sales meetings.
Call existing and predefined new customers lists to generate sales opportunities and follow up for orders.
Ability to develop proposition for each prospect interaction close cooperation with the sales team to identify and follow up on new leads/opportunities.
Partner with sales and marketing to identify ongoing goals and needs.
Nurture CRM database
Excellent telephone etiquette
Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide sales information to the sales department.
Training sales staff and ensuring staff meet their targets
Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly
Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports
Trains new employees to make sure they meet various guidelines
