Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Lead motivate and train the sales team to maximize their potential and achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Manage and monitor the sales pipeline ensuring timely followups and efficient lead conversion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align marketing and sales efforts for effective lead generation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field .
- Proven 2 years experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resultsdriven and customerfocused mindset.
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
