Job description
Hiring Business Analyst with minimum 5 years relevant experience, having deep domain knowledge of payment to include USD clearing, knowledge in foreign markets clearing . The applicant should be familiar with how payments are sent and received over various channels like: SWIFT, MT, MX, ISO, CBPR+, US Federal Reserve, New York Clearing House and similar in foreign markets like CHAPS and TARGET 2.
The applicant should have an understanding in payments flows in the US and in foreign markets. Further the applicant should understand the investigation process, types of investigations (Beneficiary Claims non-receipt, Unable to Apply, Amendments, Cancellations, etc.) and the process to resolve them.
The applicant is expected to interact directly with the client and will act as the face of Evonsys.
Client satisfaction is essential, and the applicant is expected to be able to communicate clearly and able to articulate themselves in a professional manner. The applicant will attend meetings with the client, perform discovery sessions with a larger audience or be able to work one on one as needed. Be prepared to bring solutions to problems, highlight any risks or potential blockers. Serve as a translator between business and technical teams and be directly responsible for deliverables like meeting minutes, creating user stories, process flows, data mappings and any expected artifacts from the client.
The applicant should be able to perform analysis with client data to determine volumes, values, and various other metrics to determine business value.
The applicant should be familiar with industry tools to include Microsoft suite of applications, and Atlassian products JIRA and Confluence.
