The Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for compiling amounts owed by the company to vendors, suppliers, or other organizations/individuals.

Responsibilities

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Gather purchase orders and/or code to process vendor invoices.
  • Work directly with vendors to process invoices.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable related function.
