Requirement: Regional Manager - Kanpur & Chennai
Job Role He would be responsible for handling Kanpur, Allahabad, Varanasi & Chennai branches as of now along with Express branches. His primary responsibility is business development in the region. Needs to add more IFA / Business partners, active and motivate the existing partners for business, to do various activities to generate leads for recruitment of new partners, to handle all branches in his region. He is overall responsible for the region.
Job Description For Regional Manager - Sales - Team Mentoring: Ensuring that the team is well-equipped with Technical Knowledge. Do business planning with the team & ensure that it is executed as per the planning. Driving your team to achieve monthly targets.
- Achievement of Targets: To ensure that the targets in terms of recruitment of Partners / CIA / POSP (Business Partners), Partner activation and product Sales are met on a month-on-month basis.
- Team Review: Motivate team to follow Sales process & review it on regular interval.
- Relationship Handling: Maintaining healthy relationships with third parties including AMC, Insurance companies, etc.
- Branch Compliance: Ensuring that the branch compliances are followed in coordination with the Head office.
Exp : 10 -15 yrs
Salary Range For Kanpur: 11-12 Lac Fixed CTC plus 4-5 Lac performance based annual incentive (Variable) i.e. total of up 15-17 Lac (Fixed + Variable)
