Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Chef at our Bengaluru location. The Kitchen Chef will be responsible for all kitchen-related operations, including meal planning and preparation, recipe creation, food ordering and inventory management, ensuring food quality and consistency, and managing kitchen staff. The Kitchen Chef will also be responsible for maintaining kitchen equipment and adhering to food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills and knowledge of different cooking techniques
• Experience with meal planning, recipe creation, and food ordering
• Attention to detail and an ability to maintain consistent food quality
• Experience managing kitchen staff and ensuring a positive working environment
• An understanding of food safety regulations and guidelines
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage inventory
• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a similar role and/or a degree in culinary arts or a related field is preferred

Location: Eletronic City, Bengaluru

Salary: 25 to 40k

Experience: 2 to 6 Years

Mandatory skills:

Baking, Continentals.

Education:

12th Intermate, Hotel Management or Interna's in BHM.
