Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Sales Specialist for the Ozone Tuscany plotting Project located at Bavla, around 40 kms from Ahmedabad. The Project Sales Specialist will be responsible for designing, managing and coordinating Sales strategies at site, communicating with customers and clients, and facilitating client experience. They will also be responsible for sales and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Project Sales and Management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service skills
• Experience in the construction or realty sector.
• Sales Experience in Plotting scheme shall be a plus.
• Strong Industry network

Relevant skills and qualifications that would also be beneficial include experience in sales, marketing and branding, profound broker network, knowledge of construction or realty sector, and the ability to lead.
