WebEngage deals with humongous data volumes. The platform ingests 4 billion data points on a daily basis and sends out more than a billion hyper-personalized communications across 10 communication channels. The scale keeps engineering challenging and exciting at the same time. We are looking for talented engineers with strong foundations who can learn and pick up new tools on the fly. You would be working with the latest technologies to build new features, improve performance and reliability of existing features, and improve our development processes as we scale. Product engineering team works in functional pods. You will be working on building certain aspects of the product. For executing the product vision, you will work closely with other developers, QA, product engineers, and customer support team.
Responsibilities
- Handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities such as answering calls, taking and conveying messages, making appointments, ordering office supplies, etc
- Assisting the HR department in operational and onboarding activities such as sending/collecting laptops, joining kits and other office and technical supplies.
- Scheduling inter-departmental meetings, coordinating the time schedules with the employees, and arranging food and other necessities.
- Handling and managing calendar schedules of management, making copies of required documents for the meetings, making travel arrangements, booking hotels and conference rooms, arranging for audio-video equipment for the meetings
- Organizing, compiling, and updating company records and documentation
- Assisting the HR department in scheduling, coordinating office/client events and functions
- Assisting the employees with location specific requirements and pitching as and when required
- Liaising with stakeholders and external agencies for smooth administrative functioning
- Assisting the Admin Head and the HR team in day-to-day activities
- Coordinating with vendors and other housekeeping staff for daily activities
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and coordinating administration contracts with the legal team.
Maintain contract databases and files, ensuring that all contracts are properly organized, documented, and easily accessible. - Monitor contract deadlines and renewals, and notify stakeholders in advance.
- Coordinate the execution of contracts, including obtaining approvals and signatures as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & G Suite is a must
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Quick-thinking, planning, coordinating, and executing skills
