Contract Duration 6 months

No of Positions multiple ( ongoing)

Interview rounds CX Screening Versant (58 & above ) CD Ops

Location - Return to the office (work from office mandatory) therefore Bangalore-based candidates ONLY.

Level 12

Shift time - Mandatory working on Night Shift (US / UK Shift)

Working days - Rotational work week ( Should be flexible to work for 6 days a week as per business requirement)

Fully vaccinated

Education - Graduates & Undergraduates ( with International Voice Exp )

Flexible to switch activities and roles internally within a process and within the deal/project.

International Voice Process

Responsibilities

In this role, you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines

Candidate expected interactions are within the Candidate team and direct supervisor

Candidate will be provided detailed to a moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments and the decisions that you make that would impact Candidates work

Candidate will need to be well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day-to-day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders

Candidate will be required to help in the overheal team's workload by managing Candidate deliverables and help the team when required

Candidate will be an individual contributor as a part helping team, with a predetermined focused scope of work
