Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary at BKC Consultants Pvt. Ltd. The Company Secretary will be responsible for drafting legal documents & should be well versed with Companies Act, FEMA Laws, Governance, corporate conduct etc. Company secretary

Qualifications Strong knowledge of corporate laws, rules, and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion Proficient in drafting legal documents and maintaining records and registers Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficient in MS Office and other related software
