Job description

The Executive Secretary will work closely with the leadership and shall provide executive support in a one to one working relationship. The selected candidate will be the face of Bhumi to those who reach out to us through published channels. The applicant shall interact/work with a wide variety of people including employees volunteers donors communities partner organisations corporates and vendors.

Skills Required: Networking find out & establish contact with local Communities, Colleges, NGOs & other Partnerships. Able to do house visits and good reachability in the community. Written and oral communication in Tamil and English. Hindi will be an added advantage.. Ability to engage with daily wagers and college dropouts & slum youths. Basic Idea of Qualitative and Quantitative research methodologies. Flexibility & Positive thoughts keen to learn new things. Education Qualification / Experience: MSW / MBA from a recognized university with 1-3 years of relevant experience Other Information: Designation: Associate, Skill-Ed, Student Mobilizer. Scope: Full time Remuneration: 3.6 LPA Location: Chennai and open to travel to other regions. Expected Joining Date: Immediate
