The Role And What You'll Do:

We are seeking a talented and creative Communications Graphic Designer to join the IT Enterprise Applications team and help us deliver compelling project and product communications, as well as outstanding presentation designs. If you're a detail-oriented graphic designer with a flair for both design and copywriting, we want to hear from you! Reporting to the Product / UX Designer, you will work on enterprise applications such as CRM and Sales systems.

You Have These

1. Visual Communications:

• Create visually engaging designs for a wide range of project and product communications materials, including brochures, infographics, digital advertisements, and more.
• Develop and maintain consistent design standards and templates to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate key messages.

2. Presentation Design:

• Design eye-catching and effective presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Transform complex data and information into clear, compelling visual presentations.
• Craft engaging PowerPoint or other presentation software designs that support our messaging

3. Copywriting:

• Assist in copywriting tasks, ensuring that the written content aligns with the design and effectively conveys the intended message.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

4. High Attention to Detail:

• Pay meticulous attention to detail, including typography, layout, color, and image selection.
• Review designs for errors or inconsistencies before finalizing and presenting them.

5. Major Expectations:

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Should have a good psychological approach towards the human behaviour
• Must have an experience in conducting research and logical funnels to drive conclusions
• Set design requirements based on information from internal project teams and user research
• Study and understand the existing features and functions of our systems along with its constraints to identify new product improvement opportunities
• Planning and working flexibly to a deadline
• Staying up to date with latest industry design trends

We'd Love If You Also Have These

• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
• Working knowledge of the IT industry helpful
• Experience with working with cross functional teams helpful

Qualifications and Training

• Educated to a degree level
• A background in creative/interactive design of Graphical Assets
• Must be willing to present and share a portfolio of previously designed articles and related documentation

Please note working hours are typically Monday to Friday 2:00pm – 10.00pm (IST), Extended/Flexible working hours will be required from time to time, especially for assigned US based projects (EST/PST), for this no overtime will be paid.
