Role: Technical Support – Service Desk
Location: Plano, Texas. Mumbai, India and Singapore
Who are we looking for
Candidates with a minimum 2 years of Service Desk experience – Those with technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with excellent English speaking skills and willing to work in rotational shifts.
Job responsibilities would include inbound & outbound calling, responding on emails and triaging technical and non-technical queries or complaints related to migration of applications.
Technical Skills Should have working knowledge and understanding of various Operating Systems (Unix/Windows), Middleware, Desktop, Laptop, VPN, APIs and FTP.
Should have the ability to triage technical and non-technical client queries, read verbose logs, for IPs, URLs, etc.,
Good to have understanding of
- Transmissions, firewalls, protocols, and security
- Various FTP communication technologies
- FTP transport and payload security technologies
- Cryptography settings (ciphers, KEX, HMAC)
- Application and system logs
Process Skills Effective business communication skills
Active listening and probing skills
Navigate through ticketing tools, procedures and knowledge base articles.
Behavioral Skills Receptive for feedback and willing to learn
Positive attitude and team player
Qualification Any graduate (India) or equivalent for other regions
